This bouquet features:
1x Melbourne Cup foil balloon on the top with
4x latex balloons nesteled underneath.
All the balloons are attached to curling ribbons and tied to a balloon base on the bottom.
If being used as a table centrepiece, we make sure the lowest balloon in the bouquet is above head-height, so it does not interfere with conversation across the table.
