You can choose from our hotel decorating options or select anything from our website to be delivered and set up in your room. You can also add extra goodies such as champagne, chocolates and flowers to complete the surprise.

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ:
Please let your hotel know that you have organised a balloon delivery and room setup with Balloons Etc so they can add a note to your reservation and allow us access to your room.

When ordering, please include your hotel name, booking details, specifically the reservation name, and expected check-in time in the notes section so we can arrange your setup prior to arrival.

Checking in before 2pm?
Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm that setup before your arrival is possible.
