Refund policy

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Balloons Etc is more than happy to cancel any order placed and refund, provided we are given a minimum 48 hours notice of cancellation prior to delivery/pick-up date. 

In the event we special-ordered stock in for you (non general stock items), a partial refund may be given at owners discretion.

Orders cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may attract a 50% return fee. This will cover costs of preparations for your order we have already undertaken.

NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE FOR CANCELLATION OF GOODS ONCE BALLOONS HAVE BEEN INFLATED.

In the unlikely event you feel we have not provided the product you ordered, we will investigate the circumstances, and if required, offer a partial refund or store credit, which will be determined on an individual circumstantial basis. 

 A refund is not an option once your balloons have been inflated, as we are unable to reuse any of the materials.

Balloons Etc will endeavour, given enough time, to replace any faulty balloons or provide a suitable replacement or solution. This may not always be possible at short notice, so please contact us as soon as you notice something is wrong. For after hours balloon emergencies, please call our mobile, provided on the 'Contact Us' page.

Refunds will be issued in form of store credit, unless proof of a faulty product is evident and we are unable to provide a replacement, then we will issue a refund, at owners discretion. 

We DO NOT REFUND if you've received what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper elsewhere, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
