As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve both globally and across Australia, we would like to share with you some important information regarding the steps and plans we are taking to minimise your risk of exposure when shopping with us.
As a family run, local, small business we are looking to be as proactive as possible in keeping our family, customers and staff safe and healthy.
We have implemented strict clean hygiene precautions to minimise risk. This has included frequent sanitisation of all contact areas and materials on our premises and vehicles.
To ensure we can get through these tough times and be your balloon and party supplier for another 30 years, here is what we have implemented:

Zero Contact Delivery service
Yes, we deliver!
Our balloon bouquets will be delivered and left at the door, for the recipient to come out and take; we are calling this contactless delivery. By leaving at the doorstep and stepping back, we are practicing the social distancing rules.
We have reduced our local delivery rates as a thank you for supporting us.
Now only $10 for basic delivery.
Zero Contact Pick Up
Our retail store in Earlville, Cairns is not open to the public at this time.
However we will allow pickup by appointment only. For orders collected from the store we will pre-bag the balloons and have them waiting just inside the shop door for you to collect. Store pickup orders must be ordered by phone to discuss a suitable meeting time.

IF THIS IS THE CASE, WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO SUBSTITUTE FOR SOMETHING SIMILAR, AT OUR DISCRETION. IF THERE IS NOT A SUITABLE SUBSTITUTE, WE WILL GET IN CONTACT WITH YOU. WE APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING*
